True Grit

TRUE GRIT, the remake of John Wayne's classic film, is put together smoothly and nearly flawlessly. The cast gives a great performance (especially Jeff Bridges.) and the movie is very exciting, though it can be a bit slow at times. One of the best parts of the film is observing the actors deliver their lines with fitting accents. One great example is the scene in which Mattie (played by Hailee Steinfeld.) cuts a hanged man off the limb of a tree. Rooster (Bridges.) looks down at the body and says, in a grimly funny fasion:" 'Ah do not know 'dis man."

I think TRUE GRIT is a wonderfull film, and recomend it who loves westerns.
RATING: A-
